Come enjoy a time of spiritual, emotional, and physical growth for yourself. Our Winter 2009 session begins on February 5.  We meet at Woodridge from 9:00-11:30am. Each week, through May 14, we will meet for exercise followed by a small group Bible/book study.  Information on the book will be available soon! Tuition is $90 for each session which includes childcare (for ages birth-5), exercise, study materials & coffee.  Register now!
